Arrow of Paralysis

You speak a word of power as you loose your arrow that can overwhelm the mind of one creature you can see within range, leaving it dumbfounded. If the target has 75 hit points or fewer, it is stunned. Otherwise, the spell has no effect. Any creatures within a 10 foot radius are also affected. The stunned target must make a Constitution saving throw at the end of each of its turns. On a successful save, this stunning effect ends. This is in addition to the piercing damage done by the Bow itself. This counts as two actions.
