Caterwaul

This spell assaults any creature that can hear you in a 90ft. sphere around you. upon a failed Constitution Saving throw, they are Distracted* and Deafened for up to one minute. creatures may repeat the Constitution Saving Throw as an action at the beginning of their turns as an action.   

Flying creatures that fail the saving throw fall to the ground. The creature may influence where it lands.

Note:

 *A Distracted creature cannot maintain concentration, and have disadvantage on Perception checks.

A deafened creature can’t hear and automatically fails any abliity check that requires hearing.
