Build

The build spell, invented by the promising wizard Elfie, allows the caster to summon material components from the surrounding area and combine them to create an object. The potential of said object is dependent on the quality of the materials provided, the level at which it is cast, and a subsequent arcana check. The final result is at the discretion of the DM.

After one hour, or at the caster's discretion, the object defuses, the components collapsing at the caster's feet.
