Jamison's Teasing Joke

When a creature would miss an attack, you can tease the creature, making it wallow in pity. 
It must make a Wisdom Saving throw, or you may Apply One of these effects:
- It Must Drop any Item it is carrying
- It falls prone as it curls into a ball
On an attack that critically fails, you may apply both of these Effects
