Constellation Cascade

You summon eight ethereal stars which fall to the ground and burst into a forceful energy which covers a 5 foot radius upon hitting a creature or another object. Each creature in the area of a star's impact must succeed a Dexterity saving throw, taking 6d4 Force damage, being pushed away 10 feet, and being knocked Prone on a Failed save, or taking half as much damage and being pushed back by only 5 feet on a successful save. This spell does double damage to Structures and Inanimate Objects. Each individual creature may only be affected by up to 3 stars at once. 

Higher Level Scaling. For every spell slot above 5th used to cast this spell, two additional stars are added and each individual creature can be affected by one more star.
