Make a ranged spell attack. On a hit the attack deals 8d10 necrotic damage, and the target must succeed on a constitution saving throw. On a failure the target is magically aged 1d10x10 years and is poisoned for 1 minute. When poisoned in this manner, the target has disadvantage on Constitution checks and saving throws. On a success the target is aged half as much and is not poisoned.
