You infuse a spirit of arcane energy into a wand that you hold. The wand begins to float, and acts on your initiative.
As a free action on your turn, you can move the wand up to 30 feet - the wand levitates, but cannot levitate more than ten feet above any surface. As such, it cannot climb over anything that is more than ten feet tall.
As a bonus action, on your turn, you may cause the wand to trigger, firing one of it's abilities at a target within range that you designate. The wand only ever expends the minimum number of charges for the ability used, even if would normally allow more charges to be spent. When you expend a charge in this way, roll a d20. On a roll of 4+charges spent or below, the spell fails and the wand falls to the ground.
If the wand would spend it's last charge, roll a d20 in addition to what normally happens when the wand would expend it's last charge. On a roll of a 1, the arcane forces immolate the wand and deal 1d6 per maximum number of charges the wand could hold to you as force damage as backlash from forcing the spirits into such service
