Creates an Area of Crystal Rose bushes. Stifling any flames in the area Dealing 6D12 Cold Damage, and 4D8 Slashing Damage to anyone who is already inside the area, and anyone who enters or exits the area except the caster and up to three designated individuals.
Any creature who starts their turn makes a CON saving throw. On a Fail, takes 4D10 Cold Damage, on a successful save, takes no damage.
Any creature outside of the caster or the designated individual who takes a movement action within the field takes 4D10 Slashing damage and 2D8 Cold damage
Any creature who starts their turn inside the area and does not take a movement action take 4D10 Cold damage 2D8 Piercing.
Any creature that starts it turn in this spell loses 10ft of movement, for every three turns within the spell lose an additional 10ft if you are reduced to 0ft movement you have 3 turns to escapee the radius of the spell or be turned to ice. Creatures that have resistance to cold this effect takes twice as long to take hold. Those immune to cold are immune to this effect.
Any Creature that is not on the ground only takes the cold damage from this spell but still suffers movement penalty.
