Afflict your target with a discorded speech. the target creature must make a CHA saving throw. on a failure, the targets speech can become garbled and incoherent. the target has disadvantage on all charisma skill checks. it the target attempts to cast a spell with a verbal component, they must make another saving throw to attempt to cast the spell. on a failure, the target's spell sputters as the words come out as gibberish. on a success, the target's spell acts as normal.
