Choose a creature within 120 feet of you that you can see. You force it to make a Wisdom saving throw with the DC being the same as your spell DC.

On a failure, it takes 3d8 psychic damage, 3d8 necrotic damage and becomes frightened of you for one minute. It may repeat the save at the start of each of its turns to end the frightened condition.

On a success, you may decide if it takes half damage and doesn't get frightened, or quarter damage and still gets frightened, but with advantage on its next 2 saving throws to end the condition.
