Cecelia's Seduction

Whisper an arcane word of desire  that only the target can hear. The target must make a wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failure, the target receives a burst of energy, is charmed, and its speed is reduced to zero. You may force the target to take any action of your choice immediately. The target may act normally on its next turn, and keeps its reaction.
