Voice of Hadar

You evoke the voice of Hadar. All creatures in a 60-foot-cone must make a Charisma saving throw or take 4d6 force damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. If a creature fails their saving throw they become frightened of the caster for 5 rounds.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 2nd.
