You open a gateway to the Far Realm, a region infested with unspeakable horrors. A 20-foot-radius Sphere of Cold appears, centered on you and lasting for the duration. The Sphere is filled with strange whispers and gusty winds, which can be heard up to 30 feet away. Creatures fully within it have the Blinded condition, and must succeed a Wisdom saving throw (18) or take 2d4 psychic damage.
Any creature that starts its turn in the area takes 4d10 Cold damage. Any creature that ends its turn there must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw (24) or take 4d6 Necrotic damage from otherworldly tentacles.
