You create a stationary, magical circle with a 10-foot-radius around yourself that prevents sound from leaving or entering it. Any creature outside of the circle cannot hear anything within it, and vise-versa. Any thunder damage objects and creatures within the circle would take from a source outside of it is nullified. The magical circle lasts until you leave it or if it is dismissed by other magical means.
