"There is nothing a 100 undead or more could ever do. I bless the rains that cover the land!" Afri, Saint of the Drought.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You summon a storm cloud, centered on a point you can see within range. The storm cloud spreads to cover a 250-foot radius and extends and affects creatures up to 5,000 feet under the cloud. Holy rain pours down, bringing divine retribution upon the unholy. Each undead creature or fiend under the storm cloud when it appears, and at the start of each of its turns while in the area, takes 4d6 radiant damage.
When the spell ends, whether through its full duration or if concentration is broken, a bright light shines through the dispersing clouds, illuminating the affected area. The bright light lasts for 1d10 rounds, affecting creatures sensitive to bright light appropriately (e.g., sunlight sensitivity).
Any small bodies of water within the affected area are considered holy water for 1d4 hours after the spell ends. In addition, the spell may magically fill any small bodies of water which were dried due to drought as well as heal vegetation planted in the ground from rot, curses, or drought-related conditions.
* - (A vial of water blessed by a holy figure or cleric which is evaporated upon casting.)
