You call upon the deepest darkness within your Hexblade patron—the primordial void where all blades are born and all souls are swallowed. A rift of starless abyss erupts at a point you can see within range, a swirling black hole rimmed with violet, crimson, and void-forged energies.
The area in a 20-foot radius sphere becomes a gravitational vortex of consuming shadow.
Effects
Initial Effect- Abyssal Pull
When the void appears, each creature of your choice within the area must make a Strength saving throw.
On a failed save, a creature is pulled up to 15 feet toward the center and becomes Restrained by tendrils of living darkness.
On a successful save, the creature is not pulled but treats the area as difficult terrain.
Creatures that start their turn restrained take 6d10 necrotic damage.
End of Turn Effect- The Void Hungers
At the end of each of your turns, all creatures of your choice in the void must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, they take 8d10 force damage as the pressure of the abyss crushes inwards. On a success, they take half as much damage.
During Turn Effect- Blade of Nothingness
As a bonus action on your turn, you may manifest a weapon made of pure void energy.
You can make one melee spell attack against a creature within 10 feet of the void.
On a hit, the target takes 4d12 necrotic damage, and if the target dies, its soul is devoured by the void (only a wish spell can restore it).
Collapse of Reality
When the spell ends, the void collapses violently. All creatures of your choice within 20 feet of the center must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 10d10 force damage on a failed save, or half on a success.
