Complete Chaos

User holds out magical items, and upon speaking the spell's name, their items are destroyed instantly. They can pick any target in sight and deal 1d4, 1d6, 1d8, 1d10, 1d12, 1d20, & 1d100, damage to them, and inflicting the same amount to themselves and anyone else 20ft from the caster. All targets within range of the caster take half damage. 

If the user dies from this spell, they automatically fail all three death saving throws, and cannot be revived by any means, unless someone else within 30ft of the caster, also casts the spell.
