William's Distorted Smile

You smile at one creature that you can see within range in an attempt to distort its mind. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or take 5d8 Psychic damage and have a large, unnerving smile stuck to its face for the duration. 

The Target takes 2d4 Psychic damage at the start of each of its turns for the duration of the spell and the spell instantly ends if the target drops to 0 hit points.

The target's charisma score becomes 1 and the target cannot speak, cast spells, or act aggressive towards you for the duration.
