A 10-foot-radius sphere of grease appears in an unoccupied space of your choice within range and lasts for the duration. The sphere creates a slick grease that covers the ground around it turning the ground into difficult terrain, that lasts for the duration of the spell. A creature that enters the area or ends its turn in a greased area must also succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or fall prone.
As a bonus action you can cast the sphere the slam on the ground, causing the grease to spread in an area twice the radius of the sphere. If the creature is within the sphere's radius, they make the save at disadvantage and take 3d6 bludgeoning damage on a failed save and half as much on a successful one. As part of the same action, you may move the sphere up to 30 feet, you may do this before or after the sphere slams.
When you move the sphere, you can direct it over barriers up to 5 feet tall and jump it across pits up to 10 feet wide.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the spell's damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 2nd.
* - (a cup of oil, pork rind or butter)Grease is a fine spell, but I thought I could make a better one with a bit more flair.
