Wraiths of Netan

One of the serpentine arts of the priests of Netan. Popular among the most occult sects.

Once-formless shadow coalesces into 8 nearly invisible wraiths  who can traverse the land as easily as the wind takes them. When the caster chooses a target, the target will be followed, trailed, and spied on by at least one of these wraiths at any time. These wraiths speak in the lost tongues of Netan, and while their mutterings are completely unintelligible to the layman, they can transmit the simplest of information to their master- the target's whereabouts, or actions the target is taking.

The target will almost not notice these wraiths, but will eventually notice an itching in the back of their mind that they are being followed, over a few hours (or days, depending on the caster's wishes,) the target will grow paranoid of stalking. No one will believe them, and in their increasingly deteriorating mental state, any wisdom, charisma, intelligence, or constitution throws/checks they make will be made with disadvantage.
