Abyss Shriek can only be cast after landing 3 attacks with a melee weapon without casting a spell with a similar casting conditions. the melee attack effect stacks, so if you have landed 6 hits, you can Abyss Shriek once and another spell of the same casting condition (focus, vengeful spirit, Desolate Dive, shade soul, descending dark, abyss shriek)

Tilt your head back and release anguished soul form your mouth in a 25 foot cone in front of you. everything caught in the blast must make a constitution save of 18 or take 2D8 thunder damage and 3D8 force damage.
