Stabbing the doll with a silver pin causes the target as named by the caster to take 1d4 of piercing damage and 1d4 of necrotic damage. Higher Levels: A extra pin may be added at 5th,11th and 17th levels inflicting an additional 1d4 necrotic damage to the same target.
