Alkain's Arrow

A faint white light streaks toward a target within range and silently pierces the enemy having the force of the arrow come after it pierces the enemy. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 4d6 radiant damage immediately and 2d4 force damage at the end of its next turn. On a miss, the damaged is halved and no damage the next turn.
