When zero restrictions are activated, needles come out of the user's body and can be focused on certain areas to deal more damage. Also, being in this state makes your dexterity -2 slower. This state will make you lose all control, and if you are in the way of the user, there is no stopping them. Also, while all needles are deployed, your armor class increases by 3. When using it your hair turns into needles to that can be taken out and thrown. When used the armor around the user is taken and falls to the floor immediatly to reveal the skin for needles to come out.
