All Out

All out is a special ability inspired from the DanDaDan anime, this ability empowers the user with immense strength. It can be used in multiple ways (Pending request from DM) but the main three uses are mobility and empowerment. The first use is that when you use All out you increase your mobility to 200 ft per turn for 4 turns. The second is that for 4 turns you get 5 D6 damage. The third is that you get 2 actions per turn for 4 turns. You can ask to use your all out for a whole lot of uses but ask the DM. This scales with level, and can only be activated twice per long rest.
