Blood Sense

Choose up to three creatures within 30 feet that you can see that have blood. You instantly learn each chosen creature’s current hit points.

You can also learn one of the following about each chosen creature (your choice when you cast the spell):

Whether the creature is diseased (but not the disease’s identity)

Whether the creature is cursed

Whether the creature is blessed

Whether the creature is poisoned

This spell does not reveal the source or nature of the effect—only its presence.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, you can target one additional creature for each slot level above 1st.
