Makes a 50ft sphere area around you stop any magical effects and prevents the casting of magic from any source. If magic is casted outside of it and targets something or someone on the inside of the effect it is dispelled. The effect also makes cursed or enchanted items normal and makes potions non effective. The effect can be Broken by a an outside magic force/user dispelling it on a DC 12 check.
