You attempt to mildly intoxicate a humanoid you can see within range. The target must make a Constitution saving throw. They have disadvantage on the saving throw if they have been drinking.
If the target fails the saving throw, they are more susceptible to charm until the spell ends: they have disadvantage on saving throws versus spells which charm, and attempts by others to persuade
them have advantage on their Charisma (Persuasion) ability check rolls. This spell has no effect on targets which are immune or resistant to poison.
