Anti Magic Bolt

You send out a bolt of condensed magical energy towards a creature that you can see within range. Make a ranged spell attack. On a hit, that creature suffers 1d8 points of Force damage plus your spellcasting modifier and must make an Intelligence Saving Throw or lose 1 spell slot equal to the level of the cast spell. If the target does not have an equal spell slot available - the effect is rounded down to the closest available one.

For each level of spell slot used to cast this spell beyond 1st, increase the damage by 1d8
