You slam your open palms together. A pulse of forceful frost erupts from your body, expanding up to 10 feet before vanishing. Allies are unaffected. Any creatures within 10 feet of you must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a success, they take half damage and suffer no further effects. On a fail, they take full damage and are pushed back 5 feet and fall prone.
