Blazing Mote

You cast a searing mote of burning and painful fire at a target within range. On a hit, the target takes 2d12 fire damage and another 1d8 fire damage at the start of your next turn.

For each level beyond the first that this spell is cast, you deal an additional 1d12 to initial fire damage, and an additional 1d8 at the start of your next turn.
