Water blast

You summon a sphere of water that you propel towards a target at high speed. Make a ranged spell attack on a hit the target takes 2d6 force damage and is resistant to fire damage but vulnerable to cold and lightning until they take an either fire, cold or lightning damage 

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 1st.
