Cloak of the Deceiver, (also known as Cloak of the Trickster or Cloak of Khyber in the world of Eberron) conceals the true alignment of the caster from any form of divination. More importantly, it shields a Shapechanger or magically disguised creature from true seeing, causing the disguise to appear to be the casters true form.
The material component, which is consumed with the casting of the spell, is a rare Khyber dragon shard worth at least 100 gp.
