Beasley's Misty Misstep

Appears to function like Misty Step, except you don't actually go anywhere.  You remain where you are, but are hidden (heavily obscured) until you take an action that would reveal your location. A brief flicker of light appears in the spot you 'teleported to', enhancing the illusion.
