Alter Destiny

When a creature you witness dies you can use your reaction to change the outcome of their fate. The target of the spell can teleport up to 20 ft. from it's current position to an unoccupied space as you warp reality itself around the creature. If the result is that the effect or attack would now miss the target, they take no damage. If they would still be killed, the spell fails. The target cannot benefit from this spell again for one tenday.

Weaving the fabric of reality comes at a cost of balance to the natural order of the Prime Material Plane. The next time the recipient of this spell drops to 0 HP, they start with one failed death save and make a death saving throw mmediately.
