You manifest a condensed psychic charge through your Twilight Gloves and hurl it at a creature, object, or magical effect within range. On a hit or failed Wisdom saving throw, the charge adheres to the target like a shimmering psychic sigil.
While attached, you may detonate Cherry Peck at any time, using your psychic focus. When detonated, the target takes 1d8 psychic damage, and you may choose one effect: the target suffers disadvantage on its next attack roll or saving throw, or the psychic blast phases through nonmagical cover for this damage only.
If the target is a spell or magical effect of 1st level or lower, Cherry Peck may destabilize it, imposing disadvantage on any checks to maintain or sustain that effect.
At higher levels, the damage increases by 1d8 per spell slot above 1st, maintaining its signature explosive precision.
