Blood Manipulation

Using your Cursed energy, you can manipulate your blood and even create it from nothing. When a Technique in this Innate Technique requires your blood as a material component, you may instead extract blood from your body and take a number of d4 Necrotic damage or create new blood using Cursed energy and spend a number of Sorcery points - with each d4 and Sorcery point covering 100mL. 
Additionally, you may freely manipulate up to 10L of your own blood as if under the effect of Shape Water.
