Chrono Charge

Choose a target with in range. Pulling on time itself, you speeding up the targets actions. On the targets next turn they may take an additional attack action or magic action. After the target has taken the additional action from this spell, the spell ends. 

If you cast the spell two or more times before completing your next long rest, there is a cumulative 25 percent chance for each casting after the first that the spell will fail. The DM makes this roll in secret.
