You trace an intricate network of interlocking sigils across the ground, forming a 20-foot-radius circular lattice centered on a point within range. The lattice is composed of repeating geometric patterns, layered runic knots, and stabilizing glyphs that glow with a steady, controlled arcane light.
If a creature casts a spell of 3rd level or lower that would create a persistent hazardous effect in the area (such as wall of fire, cloudkill, spike growth, and similar magic), the hazardous effect cannot extend into or through the lattice. Such effects stop at the lattice’s boundary.
When you cast the spell, you can designate any number of creatures to gain the following benefits while inside the lattice:
• Advantage on saving throws against spell
The lattice remains fixed in place. If the ground beneath it is destroyed or significantly altered, the lattice collapses.
At Higher Levels:
When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the maximum level of spell affected by this feature increases by 1 for each slot level above 3rd.
