Your Psychic Sorcery is fully unleashed. Each creature in a 15 ft radius sphere must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, target(s) take 3d8 psychic damage and must immediately use their reaction to run as far away as possible from the center of the sphere. A creature doesn't move into obviously dangerous ground, such as fire or a pit. On a successful save, target(s) take half as much damage and don't have to move. A creature that cannot be frightened is immune to the forced movement. Any target with a wisdom score of 4 or lower automatically fails .
The amount of psychic energy required to cast this spell at level 6 or higher by a caster under level 15 prohibits the user from being able to use this spell again until they have taken a long rest. Greater restoration has no effect on this requirement.
