Binding Recall

You touch the sapphire used in the casting and an object weighing 25 pounds or less whose longest dimension is 6 feet or less. For the duration, the spell stores the object’s image in the sapphire, the sapphire has Immunity to all damage, and the object can’t be targeted by different Binding Recall spells. Each time you cast the spell, you must use a different sapphire.

While holding the sapphire, you know the object’s location anywhere in the multiverse and you gain the following benefits:

Recall. You can take a Magic action to summon the object. Unless the object is within the area of an Antimagic Field spell or an effect that prevents teleportation or planar travel, the object instantly appears in your hand, regardless of its location, and the spell ends.

Scrying. As a Bonus Action, you can see and hear through the object as if you were in its space for the next minute, during which you also know the object’s location anywhere in the multiverse even without holding the sapphire.

Ending the Spell. This spell can only be dispelled by a Dispel Magic spell and only if Dispel Magic is cast using a level 6 or higher spell slot, targeting either the object or the sapphire. If this spell is dispelled, you learn who dispelled it and gain the Scrying benefits of this spell for the next minute. When the spell ends, the sapphire is destroyed.

Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. A Dispel Magic spell must be cast using a spell slot of a level equal to or higher than the level of the spell slot you use.
