You touch up to two creatures. Each target may choose up to two different effects to benefit from:

  • A target gains 1d6-1 Hit Points for each level they've attained. (If level is N/A, use CR)
  • A target that is bloodied (below half its maximum Hit Points) has its current Hit Points set to half its maximum, rounded up.
  • A target who has Temporary Hit Points may remove any number of Temporary Hit Points from themselves and regain half that many Hit Points.
  • A target regains the maximum number of Hit Points next time they're targeted by a spell that grants them Hit Points within the next hour.
  • A target has Advantage to maintain Concentration on a spell for the next hour. Once it uses this advantage, it cannot use it again.
  • A target has one level of Exhaustion suspended for the next hour.

You may cast this spell as part of a long or short rest. Doing so allows each target to choose up to three benefits rather than two.

Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. You can target one additional creature for each spell slot above level 2.
