Damage/Effect
You hurl a swirling burst of wind in a 60ft line. Each creature in the line must make a CON saving throw or be lifted 10ft aloft, stunning them for one turn and granting them full cover in the wind. At the start of their next turn they fall to the ground prone. For each level above 2nd, targets are lifted an additional 10ft in the air.
