Summons the Scales of Obedience, measuring the weight of the caster's and the target's soul. You and the target are to roll your predominant stat a number of times equal to your Proficiency Modifiers and add the rolls up to a total. Whoever has the higher number dominates the other's will. You may not cause the target to do anything that will directly harm themselves unless you choose to cast this spell at level 8.
