Alexander's emergency power transfer

This spell allows you to replenish a creatures magic at the cost of your own. When you cast this spell you can target a willing creature within 30 feet. The target then regains one first level spell slot. If the target already has his maximum spell slots for that level the spell fails.

This spell cannot be cast using a warlock spell slot but it can replenish it.

At higher levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd or higher, the total level of spellslots replenished increases by one for every level above 2nd to a maximum of 8 at 9th lvl. For example if you use a 3rd level spellslot you can replenish one 2nd level slot or two 1st level slots.
