You create a tornado of epic proportions, being 100 feet wide, reaching up to 6,500 feet into the air. Those within the tornado must make a Strength Saving throw or be lifted into the air, taking 6d8 Magical Bludgeoning Damage. Those up to 200 feet of the tornado must make a Strength Saving throw or be pulled 50 feet closer to the tornado. This does double damage to structures.
