Where there is a door you can put Yaghenna's door knob on it. The door can then be opened to a pocked dimension where there is a custom mansion after 12 seconds.
The atmosphere inside the Yeghenna's door of Luxery is comfortable and dry, regardless of the weather outside. Until the spell ends, you can command the interior to to your will (no action required). Yeghenna is always able to enter within this pocket dimension regardless of the plane it is openend.
If you leave and the door knob is removed anything within Yagenna's Door Of Luxery is stuck within it.
