Touch any item with the tip of a weapon to make the item begin a loud, high-pitched wail that deals 2d8 thunder damage to every creature except the caster in a 50 foot radius. This lasts for three rounds. This can be avoided by any ear protection and does not work against the undead. For every spell level after first, the wail deals an additional d8 of damage.
