You permanently change one fundamental rule of reality. This applies to everywhere, everything, and everyone. Recent events( up to a minute before you start casting) rewrite to fit this change. The change must be able to be applied to more than one thing. For example, if you turn your arrows into homing arrows, every arrow will be homing.
