You summon a bonestrom that appears in an unoccupied space you can see within range. The bonestrom acts on its own turn immediately after yours. The bonestrom is friendly to you and your companions for the duration. It obeys any verbal commands that you issue to it (no action required by you). If you don't issue any commands to the bonestrom, it defends itself from hostile creatures but otherwise takes no actions.
The bonestrom disappears when it drops to 0 hit points or if you voluntarily end concentration. If your concentration is broken, the bonestrom doesn't disappear. Instead, you lose control of the bonestrom, it becomes hostile towards you and your companions, and it might attack. An uncontrolled bonestrom can't be dismissed by you, and it doesn't disappear until it is reduced to 0 hit points.
